Privacy notice
Service Fieldbase is the data controller for personal data sent to us through this website and by email. We are based at 60 Nith Street, Glencruittein, PA34 1PT, United Kingdom. Contact hello@service-fieldbase.click or 07064722910.
What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, chosen engagement, optional product line, and the message you write. If we work together, we may also hold scheduling details and the business files you choose to send. We ask you not to include special category data or your customers’ personal data unless we have agreed a need for named accounts on a watch-list held on your side.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to scope an engagement, and to keep a record of what was agreed. The legal bases are steps at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a small commissioning practice. We do not sell lists and we do not run behavioural advertising.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to 18 months in case you write again about the same book of accounts. Contracts, invoices, and packs we delivered are kept for six years to meet ordinary UK accounting and limitation periods, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may ask us to delete an enquiry earlier if no contract exists; we will do so unless we must keep a short record of the request itself.
Processors and transfers
Email and file transfer may be handled by professional providers who act on our instructions. If a provider stores data outside the United Kingdom, we use a UK-approved transfer mechanism such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or we keep the work inside the UK. We will name processors on request.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where those rights apply under UK data protection law. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We will not charge for ordinary requests.
