Terms of commissioning
These terms govern commissioned work by Service Fieldbase (“we”, “us”) for visual briefings, mapping days, QBR board sets, and watch-list clinics. By sending a note through this site or confirming a date in writing, you offer to engage us on these terms. We accept when we confirm the date and fee by email from hello@service-fieldbase.click.
The work
We provide professional services as described in the relevant engagement page and any scoped email. We do not supply software, hosting, or a standing scorecard. Deliverables are the boards, maps, packs, and sessions named in that scope. Advice in a briefing is professional judgement based on files you supply; it is not an audit opinion or a guarantee of renewal outcomes.
Your materials
You warrant that you have the right to share the files you send and that you will not send production credentials or unnecessary personal data. You remain responsible for decisions you take after the briefing, including commercial conversations with your customers.
Fees and taxes
Fees are as quoted. Unless stated otherwise they exclude VAT where VAT applies. Deposits and balances follow the rates page and the confirmation email. This website does not take payment.
Intellectual property
Empty board sequences and filling guides we design for you may be reused inside your organisation for the named product line. We retain the underlying method, interview structure, and the right to reuse anonymised teaching examples in field notes. We will not publish your account names. You may not resell our boards as a product or training course without a separate licence.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential the other’s non-public business information learned during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or agreed in writing.
Liability
We are not liable for lost renewals, lost profit, or indirect loss. Our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under United Kingdom law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Cancellation
Postponement, deposits, and work already started are described in the refund notice. Missing attendees on the day is treated as a delivered session unless we agreed in writing to stop early.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect confidential material.
