Fees that follow the room, not a monthly plan.
Prices below are starting points for a single product line or a clearly bounded book of accounts. Multi-product portfolios and travel outside Argyll are quoted. There is no payment on this site.

What is never in the fee
Hosting, connectors, or standing access to your systems. We work from files you send. If a warehouse project is underway, wait until you can export twice from the same definition, or book a mapping day instead.
Travel
Glencruittein and nearby Argyll are included for the flagship briefing. Rail and lodging elsewhere in the United Kingdom are billed at cost. Remote briefings use the same board sequence; we still require the named attendees to stay for the full ninety minutes.
Deposits
A thirty percent deposit confirms a briefing date. Mapping days and clinics are payable in full five working days before the session. See the refund notice for postponement and work already started.
